About the Role: My client is seeking an Insurance Building Supervisor with Insurance building experience. The role is full time where you will be required to conduct assessments, prepare estimates and supervise teams. Duties:
Provide a high level of customer service
Prepare building assessments
Prepare estimates for repairs
Appoint various trades
Coordinate trades
Update project schedules
Liaise between the insurance companies and the insured parties
Ensure all work conforms to legislative and OH&S criteria
Skills and Experience:
Experience as a Supervisor/Estimator in the Insurance Building Industry
Trade or Tertiary Qualified in a Building related discipline
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Valid motor vehicle licence
