About the Role: My client is seeking a Major Loss Project Manager to manage large loss projects for their Insurance clients ensuring adherence to company and WH&S regulations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Major Loss team and be responsible for Senior Site Supervisors on site. 

  • Controlling and managing a portfolio of projects.
  • Managing project budgets.
  • Managing variation documentation.
  • Performing subcontracting analysis.
  • Resolving any disputes.
  • Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Managing trades.
  • Producing cost estimates.
  • Ensuring all work conforms to legislative and OH&S criteria

Skills and Experience:
  • Project Managerial experience
  • Trade or Tertiary Qualified in a Building related discipline 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Valid motor vehicle licence
