About the Role: Our client is seeking a Repair or Project Coordinator to join their growing team in a rewarding environment. You may come from a Contract Administration or Project Coordination background in Construction or Insurance and be looking for a long term role. The Repair Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing schedules of repair and ensuring works are completed on time.
  • Liaise with trade contractors and suppliers 
  • Monitor of budgets and cost control
  • Monitor trade contractors to ensure works are completed within required time frames
  • Coordinate Building Supervisors to attend site and inspect work 
  • Write clear and concise variation reports detailing findings of inspection on construction projects
  • Manage and resolve issues or disputes with customers and/or trade contractors
  • Coordinate make safe repairs
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role and working in construction or insurance
  • 2+ years’ construction experience
  • Customer service skills advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Developed interpersonal skills
