Salary: $50000 - $150000

An opportunity has presented itself for suitably experienced Development Managers or Assistant Development Managers to join a reputable firm in Sydney!

About the Company
Working across Sydney and producing the highest quality of property development projects, my clients have a strong history of working on low-rise and high-rise mixed use projects all over the city and aiming to provide not only quality but new and innovative projects in the market.
The next few years are projected to be busy for them with a solid pipeline of work and strong relationships with clients and contractors that will continue to help with their success in the future.

About the Role
In line with their growth strategy and their future plans, my clients are currently seeking the opportunity to speak to a number of suitably qualified and experienced Assistant Development Managers and Development Managers to join their firms across NSW.

It’s an exciting time to join these firms and as part of your work you will be doing different tasks including:
  • Being involved in the preparation of project feasibility reports, including cash flow forecasting and periodic reporting to management
  • Developing and monitoring a project program in sync with financial modelling and forecasts
  • Preparation of development reports
  • Client meetings and presentations
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Development of town planning strategies and implementation with relevant consulting team
  • Facilitate and manage development design brief
  • Management of marketing, leasing and sales teams
  • Achieve project completion with optimised project return
  • Project administration and compliance
Skills & Experience
In order to be successful in fulfilling the requirements of this role, my clients are looking for motivated individuals that posses the following:
  • A suitable tertiary qualification in an industry related discipline
  • A keen interest in property development and strong understanding of the property development process
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to be highly autonomous in certain situations and collaborative in others
  • A clean drivers license (required) and access to a vehicle when require (preferred)
