About the position
We are looking at speaking with suitably qualified Contracts Manager for a $400m+ construction contractor. This opportunity will give you the opportunity to work underneath a very accomplished business owner as the company embarks onto its next stage of growth with also a team of CA's to support you day to day.

What you will need to succeed in the role

• You must have 10+ years of experience working within a large builder locally here in Australia, Ideally Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Degree qualified within Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying/Law degree
• Proven and referenced experience of working on a projects over $100m
• Prior experience of managing a team
