With a solid reputation for quality, my client has been cemented as a leading building service provider for many of the largest Insurance and Loss Adjusting companies in the country. Over the years my client has entered new markets, winning contracts with a large range of Insurers and Strata Companies. 

About the Role: We have x2 roles available to fill immediately. As a Claims Coordinator you will be required to provide support to the Estimator/Supervisor in the administrative management of approved claims. 

  • Assist the Estimator/Supervisor with trade allocation.
  • Assist the Estimator/Supervisor with running repairs and Client queries.
  • Maintain contact with the home occupier/insured regarding timing of works.
  • Update job information via company software or client software portals.
  • Upload subcontractor invoices for processing.
  • Review and process Estimator/Supervisor invoices and submit to the client.
  • Assist with reception duties as and when required.
  • Setup makesafes on the system, allocate & follow up trades to perform the makesafe & co-ordinate with the Insured or Home Occupier. Update the client of makesafe progress and completion.

You will have:
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Demonstrate energy, initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Fluent knowledge and accuracy of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • A sense of humour and bright personality is a MUST!
