Alan Doherty

Group Director

Alan originally worked in the construction industry for over twelve years before entering the construction recruitment world, where he has over fifteen years of construction recruitment experience.

He initially gained recruitment experience in the UK civils industry before relocating to Australia in 2009, to continue within the same civils field. Alan has developed from a Consultant role to become Director of Framework Search & Select while remaining a hands-on Recruiter and business leader.

Dan Whitehead

General Manager

Dan is a passionate and dedicated expert with over 10 years of international recruitment experience in the civil infrastructure and construction industry.

Dan's expertise lies in partnering with leading cost and advisory firms and recruiting top talent in various roles, such as Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers, Quantum, Delay, Claims, Dispute Experts, and Programme and Project Management and advisory professionals.

He has become the go-to recruiter for many companies, small owner-led or top global consulting firms delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates time and time again.

He joined FWSS to lead the business and is one of the leading recruiters.
