About the Organisation 
Owned & operated by a team of clinicians, the organisation is a friendly & supportive therapy service provider delivering high quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages. Support services take place in clinic of within the clients preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum. Partnered with ensuring they provide a supportive work environment for all employees. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception and phone support
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and clinicians 
  • Schedule & manage appointments for multiple allied health clinicians 
  • Managing client database, admin system and accurate client records
  • Ensure a smooth and professional operation across the clinic 
This a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Selection Criteria
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and approachable, partnered with the following: 
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail 
  • Communicates in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Clear and confident in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in using computer systems and client management 
  • Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience within a NDIS/healthcare or medical practice - desired
