About the role 
As the Team Leader of this new, innovative service aimed at supporting young people aged 12-25 with mental health issues & biopsychosocial complexities impacting their care you will play a key role in the establishment and ongoing success of the program. 

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians & psychosocial service navigators supporting clients & families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality person centred care whilst overseeing day to day operations, managing, maintaining & developing relationships with referrers & stakeholders and more. 

Key selection criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing 
  • Current registration with AHPRA or AASW (or ability to do so) 
  • Significant leadership experience in mental health services, preferably youth 
  • Experience in biopsychosocial assessment & recovery planning 
  • Strong stakeholder engagements skills & experience 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
