About the Organisation & Position
Join a respected and growing paediatric practice in Adelaide, working alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team supporting children and families to thrive.
With a strong focus on early intervention, neuro-affirming practice and family-centred care, this is an opportunity to step into a genuine clinical leadership role while continuing to maintain your own caseload.
As the Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership to a team of 4 OTs, supporting their professional development, clinical capability and quality of practice. You will also play an active role in service development, process improvement and leading the team through change, while remaining hands-on clinically.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain your own reduced paediatric caseload
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and oversight to the OT team
- Support clinical skill development and professional development planning
- Support best-practice early intervention across clinic and community settings
- Promote neuro-affirming, strengths-based and family-centred practice
- Lead case discussions, clinical reviews and shared learning
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with families, educators and the wider team

Key Selection Criteria
We're looking for an experienced OT who is ready to step beyond their own caseload and contribute to the clinical direction and development of a team.
Ideally you will bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration & Full working rights
- Strong paediatric and early intervention experience
- A strong understanding and application of neuro-affirming practice
- Understanding of early intervention best-practice frameworks
- Previous experience with clinical mentoring, supervision or leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and families
