You will be based in their beautiful Newcastle office, stepping into a leadership role where you’ll guide a passionate team of therapists. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, both in the lives of clients and in the professional growth of your team.
This role offers a perfect blend of leadership, clinical work and strategic input. You’ll support therapists delivering rehabilitation and maintenance-focused therapy to clients across the lifespan, all while fostering a collaborative and empowering team culture.
With flexibility as a core value, you’ll enjoy autonomy in managing your schedule and the option to work from home 1–2 days per week, with a manageable travel radius.

Essential Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance + Clean drivers licence
- NDIS and WWCC
- Experience working in the disability sector & community settings
- 4+ years of experience preferred
