Key responsibilities - Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and practice guidance
- Support workforce development, performance management and professional growth
- Recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Maintain high clinical standards aligned with funding and organisational requirements
- Build and maintain strong referral pathways
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA or AASW (or ability to do so)
- Significant leadership experience in mental health or related settings
- Demonstrated experience managing operations including HR, finance etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
