- Support a family-centered practice model, ensuring collaborative working.
- Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocols.
- Providing training and supervision to the Speech Therapy Team.
- Develop and deliver training workshops for the Speech Team.
- Participate in leadership meetings & workshops.
- Assist with the future development of the Speech Therapy Team.
- Reduced caseload of your own to maximise to our for lead duties.

What We Need From You: - Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology / Speech Therapy.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Eligibility to apply for Medicare Provider Number.
- Experience working within the paediatric sector, including areas of; paediatric feeding, swallowing dysfunction or willingness to up-skill.
- Experience providing support to junior speech therapists.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current and clean drivers license.
- Excellent communication skills & fantastic time management.
