About the Role & Organisation 
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a clinician-led allied health provider delivering high-quality NDIS, HCP, Medicare and private services across the community. This is a community-based Speech Pathology role supporting clients with a variety of communication, language, speech, social skills and swallowing needs.

Work within a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based, client-centred therapy across homes, schools, childcare settings, aged care and the community. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Speech Pathology assessments and therapy to a caseload of your choice 
  • Support clients with speech, language, communication, AAC and dysphagia
  • Manage a primarily NDIS caseload (paediatric or adult clients)
  • Provide functional, goal-oriented therapy and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve multidisciplinary approach to outcomes
  • Engage with families, teachers, support coordinators and stakeholders

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Speech Pathology qualification 
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
  • Experience or interest in NDIS / community / disability sector
  • Confidence working with paediatric or adult caseload
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current drivers license & own reliable vehicle 
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & Police Check
