About the Role & Organisation
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a clinician-led allied health provider delivering high-quality NDIS, HCP, Medicare and private services across the community. This is a community-based Speech Pathology role supporting clients with a variety of communication, language, speech, social skills and swallowing needs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based, client-centred therapy across homes, schools, childcare settings, aged care and the community.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver Speech Pathology assessments and therapy to a caseload of your choice
- Support clients with speech, language, communication, AAC and dysphagia
- Manage a primarily NDIS caseload (paediatric or adult clients)
- Provide functional, goal-oriented therapy and progress reporting
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve multidisciplinary approach to outcomes
- Engage with families, teachers, support coordinators and stakeholders

Essential Criteria - Relevant Speech Pathology qualification
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Experience or interest in NDIS / community / disability sector
- Confidence working with paediatric or adult caseload
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current drivers license & own reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & Police Check
