Currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to play a pivotal role as the Team Lead. You'll help shape the direction of the speech pathology services while supporting and mentoring a growing team of clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team of speech therapists to ensure high-quality, client-focused therapy services in-line with organisation values
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities where required
- Collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators to develop and review individualised therapy plans
- Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice

Essential Criteria - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
