Currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to play a pivotal role as the Team Lead. You'll help shape the direction of the speech pathology services while supporting and mentoring a growing team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Lead and support the team of speech therapists to ensure high-quality, client-focused therapy services in-line with organisation values 
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities where required 
  • Collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators to develop and review individualised therapy plans
  • Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice

Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector 
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
