Speech Pathologist

About the Organisation & Position 
This organisation is dedicated to delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary care to clients and families. With all specialists under one roof, they provide holistic treatment through a team of passionate professionals committed to meeting diverse client needs.

As they expand their services, they are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join the team. Their integrated model brings together paediatricians, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to provide collaborative care for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy services & assessments
• Carry out 1:1 and small group therapy sessions in clinic
• Collaboratively provide family-centered approach to services
• Partake in regular team and discipline educational workshops 
• Manage a paediatric caseload (ages between 4 – 16 years old)
• Educate and work with parents where required

  

• Base salary of $80,000 – $110,000 + super
• External CPD budget of $1,500 per year 
• No KPI targets, allowing you to prioritise client care

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Speech Pathology Australia certification
• Demonstrated experience in paediatric settings
• Passionate about child & family-centered practice
• Neuro-affirming clinician
