About the Organisation & Position

In this position you will be responsible for:
- Managing a tailored caseload of clients with neurodiverse and neurological conditions - your choice or adult or paediatric clients
- Providing assessments and ongoing therapy in line with client needs
- Carrying out your day-to-day tasks within the clinic and community
- Providing support and education to families on client needs and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary approach to provide best outcomes for clients and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary and discipline specific training
- Senior clinicians will have the opportunity to support junior therapists
Benefits - Above market salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 + super

What We Need From You - Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration or ability to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance & Full Drivers Licence.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience working within the NDIS/disability sector
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
