About the Organisation & Position
Work with a highly regarded, forward-thinking community-based therapy provider with locations across Greater Sydney region. Key Duties:
- Deliver thorough assessments addressing language, communication, speech, and swallowing needs
- Managing a diverse caseload across varied age groups
- Create and implement appropriate therapy plans for private and NDIS clients
- Implement one-on-one interventions tailored to individuals in community, home, or school settings
- Track progress and adapt therapy plan based on client’s development and needs
- Travel up to 45-minutes from home to visit clients

Essential Criteria - Relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA certification & full working rights
- Drivers Licence & Own Vehicle
- Minimum 2-year experience working within the disability sector & NDIS Framework
- Experience working with clients presenting a range of conditions
- Strong commitment to providing client-focused therapy services
- A passion for assisting clients & families to reach their full potential
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
