Key Duties:
  • Deliver thorough assessments addressing language, communication, speech, and swallowing needs
  • Managing a diverse caseload across varied age groups
  • Create and implement appropriate therapy plans for private and NDIS clients
  • Implement one-on-one interventions tailored to individuals in community, home, or school settings
  • Track progress and adapt therapy plan based on client’s development and needs
  • Travel up to 45-minutes from home to visit clients

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA certification & full working rights 
  • Drivers Licence & Own Vehicle
  • Minimum 2-year experience working within the disability sector & NDIS Framework
  • Experience working with clients presenting a range of conditions 
  • Strong commitment to providing client-focused therapy services
  • A passion for assisting clients & families to reach their full potential
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
