About the Organisation & Position 
Join a well-respected and established paediatric service provider with clinics across the Perth Region. Providing high-quality, evidence-based support to children, adolescents, and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. This team foster a warm, inclusive environment where families feel supported and where clinicians are empowered to grow and thrive.

Due to growing demand for services, we're looking for a nurturing and motivated Speech Pathologist to join the team. In this role you will provide assessment and therapy services within the clinic, to children aged 0-15 with the optional school visit. 
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team of clinicians 
  • Participate in team meetings, conferences, and regular supervision
  • Reduced targets when starting, gradually increasing to 5 hours per day

You’re a committed and passionate Speech Pathologist who thrives when working with children and families. Ideally you'll be able to work independently but you also value collaboration as a core part of achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Essential Criteria 
  • Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia Certification 
  • Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check 
  • Passionate about working with children and families 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
