About the Organisation & Clinical Lead Position 
Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to making a positive impact to the lives of their clients by providing a broad range of rehabilitation, community, disability, and paediatric services. Currently searching for a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team. You'll work closely with Clinic Managers and Discipline Leads, playing a vital role in clinical upskilling and mentoring junior clinicians. Whilst empowering the lives of clients in the community and clinic. 
  • Provide guidance & assistance to Clinic Leads in your area of practice 
  • Implement strategies for junior clinician development and training 
  • Work within a interdisciplinary manner for the best service outcomes
  • Carry a clinical caseload in areas of interest to you

Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector 
  • Demonstrated experience working with paediatric clients 
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
