Collaborative alongside a multidisciplinary team, providing therapy and assessment services to a caseload of your choice.
As a Senior Speech Therapist in the team, your key duties will include the following:
- Planning & providing intervention for clients across the lifespan
- Prescribing & implementing assistive technology where appropriate
- Managing a diverse caseload across different age groups
- Delivering therapy sessions 1:1 and in groups in various settings
- Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide client-focused care
- Timely documentation & report writing of the highest standards

Essential Criteria
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA certification & full working rights
- Experience working within the disability sector & NDIS Framework
- Experience working with clients presenting a range of conditions
- Strong commitment to providing client-focused therapy services
- A passion for assisting clients & families to reach their full potential
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
