About the Organisation & Clinical Lead Position

Currently searching for a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team. You'll work closely with Clinic Managers and Discipline Leads, playing a vital role in clinical upskilling and mentoring junior clinicians. Whilst empowering the lives of clients in the community and clinic.
- Provide guidance & assistance to Clinic Leads in your area of practice
- Implement strategies for junior clinician development and training
- Work within a interdisciplinary manner for the best service outcomes
- Carry a clinical caseload in areas of interest to you

Essential Criteria - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector
- Demonstrated experience working with paediatric clients
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
