The Role

- Maintain a reduced caseload in your areas of expertise
- Collaborate closely with families and other team members
- Supervise and mentor early-career clinicians
- Contribute to the development of clinical resource
- Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding
- Provide ongoing team education and PD opportunities
About You
You will be a confident and compassionate clinician who demonstrates initiative, leadership, and a commitment to high-quality care.
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience – paediatric related
- Experience supervising or supporting junior clinicians
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for evidence-based, client-centred, and multidisciplinary collaborative practice
