The Role

  • Maintain a reduced caseload in your areas of expertise 
  • Collaborate closely with families and other team members 
  • Supervise and mentor early-career clinicians
  • Contribute to the development of clinical resource
  • Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding
  • Provide ongoing team education and PD opportunities 
  
About You
You will be a confident and compassionate clinician who demonstrates initiative, leadership, and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience – paediatric related
  • Experience supervising or supporting junior clinicians
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for evidence-based, client-centred, and multidisciplinary collaborative practice
