What you will need to succeed in the role
- Proven 4+ years as a Recruitment Consultant in Finance.
- A proactive & positive approach to relationship building with clients & candidates
- An engaging & honest approach
- Determined to work hard & be rewarded for your efforts
- Motivated to accomplish & reach goals
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
