About the Organisation
Currently partnered with a highly respected allied health provider as they expand with the opening of a newly established clinic in Victoria Park. While the clinic is new, the organisation behind it is not, you’ll be supported by experienced leadership, proven systems, and a strong clinical foundation.

This opportunity suits a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to move into a role with greater influence, leadership exposure, and the chance to help shape how a service operates from the ground up, without the uncertainty that often comes with true startups.

About the Position 
The position offers a blended model, combining clinic-based sessions with community work. The space has been purpose-built for therapy delivery, including contemporary treatment rooms, sensory facilities, and dedicated administrative support.
  • Managing a diverse caseload or paediatric/adult population specific 
  • Having input into clinical processes and service development
  • Supporting junior and graduate clinicians where required 
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic leadership team 
  • Participate in professional development and clinical workshops

About You
You will be a confident and compassionate clinician who demonstrates initiative, and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
  • Current AHPRA registration - no limitations 
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience 
  • Desire to supervise and support junior clinicians
  • Current NPC, WWCC and Drivers License
