Work for a highly established and values-driven disability service provider local to the Perth Region. This role offers the opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with professional leadership, supporting clients with a disability to live safe, meaningful and independent lives.
Working within a supportive and client-focused multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in shaping best practice service delivery aligned with NDIS standards. Partnered with providing mentoring, supervision and team development.
- Deliver client-focused OT therapy services to an adult caseload
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare reports/documentation
- Assess and prescribe assistive technology and home modifications
- Allocate Occupational Therapist caseloads accordingly
- Provide supervision and regular mentoring to junior clinicians
- Contribute to the development of clinical resources where appropriate

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration – no limitations
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Experience with Home Modifications & Assistive Technology
- Minimum 5 years experience
