About the Role This position will suit a technically strong engineer who enjoys variety and autonomy.
You’ll lead design delivery, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the development of practical, buildable solutions.
Projects span roads, drainage, utilities, pavements, and general civil infrastructure — offering exposure to both private and public-sector work.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate civil engineering design across multiple project types.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Deliver technical documentation including drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Provide guidance on stormwater, roads, retaining walls, and utility design.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure quality outcomes.
- Contribute to tenders, proposals, and business development activities.
About You - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered (CPEng) or working towards accreditation.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and documentation.
- Proven ability to deliver:
- Drainage and stormwater systems
- Roads and pavements
- Retaining structures and earthworks
- Water and sewer infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
