About the organisation
Our client is a proudly Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation who provide a range of primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people within the region. Some of the programs they offer include Acute Care, Women and Children, Chronic Disease, Syphilis Enhanced Response and many more.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe and high-quality clinical services as part of the primary healthcare team.
- Provide patient care, health promotion, and education.
- Triage patients and assess their needs.
- Develop care plans based on patient assessments.
- Conduct health screening assessments.
- Administer medications and vaccinations.
- Address other primary healthcare needs within your scope of practice and expertise
Benefits - Salary: $90-115k + Super + Benefits

About you - Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
- Full registration with AHPRA – Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience within any field
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
