About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Framework Group you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle & helping clients find, hire & retain quality talent.
  • Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position.
  • Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients.
  • Conducting shortlisting & interviewing of potential candidates.
  • Plan, create & release job adverts, descriptions & announcements to source candidates through various job boards, social networks & platforms.
What you will need to succeed in the role
  • Relevant employment experience and/or sales experience will be highly regarded (we are also keen to speak to trainees).
  • A proactive & positive approach to relationship building with clients & candidates.
  • An engaging & honest approach.
  • Determined to work hard & be rewarded for your efforts.
  • Motivated to accomplish & reach goals.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
