About the role
We are currently entering the next phase of our growth strategy here at Framework Group, have recently moved into our new premises close to the CBD and looking at new ventures, markets and challenges for us to tackle in the healthcare sector and as such are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us and be responsible for:
- Determining and understanding the staffing and recruitment needs of client organisations through detailed consultation and job analysis.
- Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates using various methods, including advertising, database searches, professional networking, and headhunting.
- Conducting comprehensive screening and interviews with prospective employees to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client vacancies.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including arranging interviews between employers and candidates, and providing feedback to both parties.
- Negotiating terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and contractual conditions, on behalf of both clients and candidates to finalise placements.
- Providing expert advice to candidates on career opportunities, resume preparation, and interview techniques, and to employers on effective selection strategies and market trends.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
What you will need to succeed in the role - 3+ years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
