About the Role: - We are seeking a Project Manager to manage Piling/Ground Engineering projects in Sydney & surrounding areas
- Planning & management of all projects
- Management of project teams – Engineers, Supervisors etc
- Liaison with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Budgeting/Cost control
- Contracts negotiation
- Quality control
- WH&S management
- Overseeing the successful delivery of accurate, on time & within budget projects
About the Requirements: - A proven background in piling
- A formal Civil Engineering/Construction qualification
- Have held a similar position
- Have piling/ground engineering experience
- Management experience
- Have the ability to set up projects and deliver them
- Estimating/tendering skills would be advantageous
- Commercial awareness
- Be capable of liaising with clients & management teams
- Excellent WH&S awareness/record
- Drivers license
