About the Organisation & Position
We’re partnering with a highly regarded and rapidly growing organisation specialising in long-term health and strength-based rehabilitation. Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working with a diverse caseload ranging from active individuals to those recovering from injury.
This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on physiotherapy with strength-focused rehabilitation, using objective measures and modern equipment to guide treatment and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs
- Utilise strength testing & objective measures to inform clinical decisions
- Educate clients on long-term injury prevention and health outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise results
- Build and maintain relationships with external referrers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Strong interest in strength-based rehabilitation
- Excellent interpersonal kills & team-oriented mindset
- Minimum 12 months experience
