About the Organisation & Position

Working alongside an experienced close-knit multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful intervention while being supported by approachable leadership, dedicated administration staff and ongoing mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and feeding assessments for children aged 3 - 15 years old
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy programs
- Caseload scope; speech sounds, language expression, literacy skills, mealtime management, Alternative and Augmentative Communication Devices (AAC) & more
- Deliver engaging intervention tailored to each child's goals and strengths
- Educated parents, educators and support staff where required
- Prepare high-quality clinical documentation, reports and NDIS reviews
- Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals where required
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, multidisciplinary case discussions and ongoing professional development

About You - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Certified Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Passion for delivering high-quality, family-centred paediatric therapy
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
