About the Organisation & Position
Work within a well-established paediatric allied health provider, alongside a values-driven team of clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children and families through meaningful, functional communication outcomes.
The organisation offers a mix of clinic-based and community work, with strong internal support, structured supervision, and a genuinely collaborative culture. Deliver evidence-informed, play-based therapy that strengthens communication, confidence, and participation for children and families.
Key Duties
- Manage a varied caseload of clients aged between 3 – 15 years old
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design intervention plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions using child-centred and play-based approaches
- Partner with parents, carers and educators to support carryover of strategies into daily environments
- Monitor outcomes, review goals and adapt intervention plans to support ongoing progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share knowledge, support best practice and continue developing your clinical skills

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia certification
- Experience working with paediatrics and families
- Current drivers license, WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum of two years experience required
