About the Organisation & Position
Join a values-driven and clinician-led allied health provider local to New South Wales. This is a mobile-based role supporting children and families across home, preschool, school, and community settings, primarily across the Northern Beaches and Upper North Shore.
You’ll work with clients aged 0–18 years, focusing on meaningful, functional outcomes within everyday environments. Whether you're a new graduate or experienced clinician, this team offers the structure, support, and flexibility to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities: - Delivering assessments and therapy in clients preferred environment
- Supporting children with developmental, sensory, and functional goals
- Working collaboratively with families, educators, and stakeholders
- Creating individualised, goal-oriented therapy plans
- Managing a mobile caseload within a well-supported structure
Benefits - $80,000 - $115,000 + super + $5,000 travel allowance

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration with no limitations
- Clinical experience working with paediatric/neurodivergent clients
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and reporting
