About the Organisation & the Position
Work within a supportive and neuroaffirming clinic working with young children and their families. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a friendly and experienced team of Allied Health clinicians. The team provide professional, fun, relationship-based, family-centred services to young children (0–9 years) with intellectual, emotional, physical and/or developmental disabilities and their families.
You will be joining a team that genuinely cares about their clients and clinicians, emphasising the development and support of you as a Clinician. This is the perfect opportunity to join a neuroaffirming practice that values connection, collaboration and co-therapy across disciplines. Work within a highly equipped clinic, with ongoing mentoring, and diverse learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver child-focused therapy/assessments to children in clinic
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver co-therapy in-house
- Learn and apply frameworks such as DIR®Floortime™, Sensory Motor Processing, Play and more!
- Participate in regular and ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring
- Work directly alongside Senior Occupational Therapists

What We Need From You - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or ability to obtain
- Current Child Safe Environment Training
- Current NPC, SA WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening
- Passion and interest working within the scope of Paediatrics
- Genuine interest providing family-focused therapy
