Paediatric Occupational Therapist

• $80,000 - $110,000 + super + travel reimbursement 
• Full time or part time hours will be considered 
• Access to a generous bonuses paid throughout the year 
• Access to $1000 CPD budget yearly and extensive in-house education 
• Manageable KPIs of 4.5 per day and gradual introduction to caseload 
• Structured education & supervision provided to junior clinicians 
• Ongoing clinical development and mentoring provided to all therapists
• Be provided with strong administration & therapy coordination support 
• All therapy resources, technology and assessments tools provided

Key Responsibilities
Work predominantly with children accessing early intervention and school aged. Providing a range of services within the clinic and community. Including short-term invention & complex long-term supports for clients. 

• Provide therapy and assessment services in clinic & schools 
• Collaborate with wider team to ensure family-centered practice 
• Educate teachers and family members where required 
• Manage a diverse caseload in the scope of; social skills, fine motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, assistive technology and more!

Essential Criteria    

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
• AHPRA registration or ability to obtain 
• Experience working within the disability sector 
• Experience working with paediatric clients 
• Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team 
• Hold a National Police Clearance 
• Hold a current Working With Children Check 
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
