About The Organisation & Role
Join a progressive and supportive therapy provider, operating across the Sydney Region and various locations of New South Wales. Work alongside a dynamic team of allied health clinicians, who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, in various community and clinic settings.
We’re currently looking for Occupational Therapists to provide life-changing therapy services and assessments to a wide range of clients, in various community settings.
As an Occupational Therapist, no two days will be the same. Are you able to keep up with the ever-changing needs and requirements of our clients and diverse settings? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Key Duties:
- Working within settings such as in home, school, childcare, aged care and other community settings.
- Create tailored therapy plans and supports in-line with client goals and needs.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals – consistent support is provided throughout.
- Attend weekly in-house discipline meetings and regular MDT mentoring sessions.
- Building meaningful relationships with relevant stakeholders and provide education where required to teachers, carers and parents.

Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA Registration – or ability to obtain
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver’s license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential
