About The Role 

In this key leadership position as the Mental Health Team Leader, you will work closely with & support the Regional Manager in the supervision & direction of the Primary Mental Health Care Program within Geraldton & the Midwest region. 

As the Team Leader, you will also manage & provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians providing care for indigenous & non-indigenous individuals who are affected by mental health disorders, coordinating, developing & facilitating local initiatives, ensuring all contractual obligations are met & more. 

Key Selection Criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing 
  • Full registration with relevant membership body (AHPRA, AASW etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Mental Health Services 
  • Experience in leading & supervising clinicians 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
