Key responsibilities - Ensuring a high quality, empathetic level of support is offered to all patients and visitors.
- Managing & responding to face-to-face & phone enquiries about the service from patients & clinicians with professionalism & efficiency.
- Efficient scheduling of patient appointments, staff schedules & new patient processes & referrals.
- General office duties, including filing and scanning of documents into patient’s files & so forth.
Key selection criteria - 1.5+ years experience in a similar role within a medical practice or healthcare environment (specialised practice preferred)
- Well-presented and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
- Genuine empathy for patient welfare and superior customer service
- Excellent computer abilities including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
