About The Role
As the Lead Speech Pathologist, you will be a play key role in helping the organisation as they embark on their next stage of planned growth expanding their operations into WA.
Working closely alongside the directors, you will play a key role helping with the growth and development of the service here on the ground in Perth. Whilst also providing a high level of clinical therapy and support services to clients & families.
- Immediate client caseload to take on
- Providing high-quality assessments and interventions for clients
- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders & families
- Ongoing evaluation & review of client progress in line with their goals & plans
- Maintaining professional knowledge & technical progress to provide clients with the best treatment program available

Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team setting
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior clinicians
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Current National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check
- Access to own vehicle and clean drivers license
