Key Responsibilities - Conducting assessments with support from senior clinicians
- Delivering individualised therapy within the clinic and community
- Developing therapy plans tailored to each client's goals
- Monitoring client progress and adapting intervention strategies
- Collaborating with families, educators and other professionals
- Working across areas including speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication, AAC and early intervention, with opportunities to explore your clinical interests
- Participating in regular supervision, mentoring and professional development to continually build your confidence and capability as a Speech Pathologist
Essential Criteria - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligible for or current Certified Practising Membership with SPA
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Current Working Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
- Eagerness to learn, grow and work within a supportive team
