Graduate Occupational Therapist

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist within the multidisciplinary team, you will utilise your clinical skills & knowledge to manage a diverse caseload and work alongside other allied health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients & their families. You will achieve this through the provision of high quality evidence-based assessments and therapy services, to support the goals and needs of your clients. Whilst also being supported throughout your first year as part of a structured new graduate program. 

• Starting base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + super 
• The option to increase your take home pay with remuneration loading 
• 12-month structured graduate program - specialise in areas of interest
• $1000 Professional Development allowance & study leave provided 
• Access to travel reimbursement, company car or novated leasing 
• Regular clinical mentoring and supervision - 1:1 or in group settings
• Working alongside an established team of experienced therapists 
• Gradual build of your caseload to avoid burnout & achievable KPIs 
• Regular team activities and events 

Key Selection Criteria   

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration or ability to obtain 
• Current drivers license and National Police Clearance  
• Ability to obtain NDIS check and Working with Children Check
• Relevant placement experience in disability and paediatric settings
