They are now expanding their operations across Adelaide & as such require a Forensic PBS Practitioner to join them on their journey.

Key responsibilities - Undertake behavioural assessments and functional behavioural analyses
- Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients with mental illness, extreme functional impairment, and very high support needs
- Provide training and reflective practice to care teams/outreach support services of complex clients after a behaviour support plan is developed
- Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Developmental Education
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI or AASW)
- Registered & endorsed as a PBS practitioner with NDIS (Core and above)
- Experience within the criminal justice sector and in forensic behavioural science
- Experience supporting clients with multiple behaviours of concern, psychosocial disability arising from severe mental illness, extreme functional impairment, and very high support needs
