Working closely alongside the management team as a Senior Speech Pathologist within the organisation, you will be a play key role in supporting clients across the lifespan and providing support to junior speech pathologists.
- Provide high-quality assessments and interventions to various clients
- Opportunity to manage a diverse or tailored caseload to your interests
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders & families
- Evaluation & review of client progress in line with their goals
- Mentor & support junior clinicians within the multidisciplinary team
- Partake in various internal & external clinical training

Key Selection Criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia certification
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior clinicians
- Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work with clients across the lifespan
- Access to own vehicle and clean drivers license
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Speech Pathologist
