Working closely alongside the management team as a Senior Speech Pathologist within the organisation, you will be a play key role in supporting clients across the lifespan and providing support to junior speech pathologists. 
  • Provide high-quality assessments and interventions to various clients
  • Opportunity to manage a diverse or tailored caseload to your interests
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders & families
  • Evaluation & review of client progress in line with their goals
  • Mentor & support junior clinicians within the multidisciplinary team
  • Partake in various internal & external clinical training

Key Selection Criteria
 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia certification 
  • Experience working within the disability sector
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior clinicians
  • Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check 
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work with clients across the lifespan 
  • Access to own vehicle and clean drivers license
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Speech Pathologist
