They are a not-for-profit organisation who operate in both metro and regional areas ensuring older South Australians are able to get the care they need and deserve without having to leave their communities. 

About the role

As the Facility Manager you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of the residents and staff of the home. You will spearhead the delivery of high-quality care through leadership, making sure each resident gets the individualised care they deserve. You will also be responsible for the management of the facilities finances, workforce and overall operations.

About you
  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Significant experience in management/leadership positions in aged care
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting financial budgets
  • Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS clearance check
  • Ability to talk with people from all walks of life
  • Unrestricted drivers license
