Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum. They are now expanding their operations across Adelaide & as such require a Developmental Educator to join them on their journey.

Key responsibilities - Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
- Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
- Develop tailored educational or therapeutic programs based on individual goals
- Use evidence-based strategies to teach everyday skills
- Assist with behavior management, emotional regulation, and learning strategies
Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Developmental Education
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (DEAI)
- Demonstrated experience working as a Developmental Educator
- New graduates with relevant clinical experience welcome to apply
