About the Organisation & Position A rewarding and vital position is available for a highly experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established, multidisciplinary paediatric allied health organisation.
The position offers the chance to influence clinical excellence, mentor senior clinicians, and shape the future of a growing service dedicated to delivering high-quality, child-centred care. You will provide strategic and clinical leadership across a multidisciplinary team, working closely with senior clinicians to support professional development, service quality, and team performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring Clinicians and Clinical Leads across disciplines
- Providing clinical supervision and support to all clinicians
- Driving clinical excellence and best practice standards
- Supporting recruitment and performance management of clinical staff
- Maintaining strong relationships with families and stakeholders
- Maintaining a reduced caseload to stay close to clinical practice
What the Position Offers
- Base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
- Flexible hours; part time, 9-day fortnight, WFH, etc
- Personal PD budget & ongoing leadership training/mentoring

What We Need From You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Full registration and professional membership (AHPRA / SPA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical paediatric experience
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or senior clinical experience
- A genuine passionate for supporting and mentoring others
- Strong clinical reasoning and supervision capability
- A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused leadership style
- Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening
