Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to bridge clinical excellence with operational leadership. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist looking to step into a strategic leadership position without giving up clinical practice entirely.

The Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational performance while continuing to provide high-quality clinical services to a small caseload. Leading operational performance, supporting clinicians, driving continuous improvement, and helping shape the future direction of the business, alongside the directors.
Key Duties:
- Lead daily operational across the clinical team, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Act as the primary operational leader and go-to person for clinicians
- Provide line management support including regular 1:1s, KPI reviews, & mentoring
- Monitoring billable targets while ensuring ethical, client-centred service delivery
- Develop, implement and refine operational systems, workflows & internal processes
- Lead NDIS operational compliance, quality assurance activities & audit readiness
- Oversee referral allocation, intake processes & service coordination
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects, business improvements & organisational growth
- Coordinate professional development administration & operational support for clinicians
- Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, referrers & community partners
- Contribute to new community engagement initiatives & projects
- Maintain own clinical caseload (two days per week)
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives on improving systems, supporting clinicians and driving operational excellence while maintaining a passion for delivering quality therapy.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Registration with relevant body (AHPRA or SPA)
- Experience in Team Leader, Clinical Lead, or Operations Management
- Confidence managing staff performance & mentoring clinicians
- Strong understanding of NDIS operational requirements, compliance & quality standards
- Excellent commercial awareness, including clinician utilisation & billing performance
- Experience implementing operational systems & continuous improvement initiatives
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to make decisions
- High levels of integrity & alignment with clinician-led, person-centred values
