About the Organisation This well-established private practice delivers evidence-based psychology services to children, adults and families, with a strong focus on improving wellbeing, communication, independence and quality of life through person-centred and holistic care.
The experienced multidisciplinary team supports clients across clinic, community and telehealth settings, working closely with individuals, families and support networks to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.
As the service continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced psychologist who is ready to have greater influence, develop others and help shape the future direction of the practice.
About the role This is an opportunity to move beyond simply managing a caseload and step into a role where your clinical expertise, leadership and experience can influence an entire team. You’ll have genuine influence over clinical direction, service development and team capability, with the support, flexibility and resources to build the career you want.
Working closely with the Senior Managers and wider leadership team, you’ll balance a manageable clinical caseload with opportunities to:
- Supervise and mentor early-career and developing psychologists
- Support clinicians to build their confidence, capability and clinical skills
- Help shape clinical standards, processes and service delivery
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice
- Provide leadership and guidance around complex clinical presentations
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and the overall client experience
- Influence the direction of new services and clinical initiatives

Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
- Full AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist
- Board Approved Supervisor status
- Medicare provider number or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated senior clinical, leadership or supervision experience — or a strong desire to step into leadership
- A passion for mentoring, developing and supporting other psychologists
