About the Position - Lead the delivery of psychosocial disability/mental health services
- Manage a reduced caseload in areas of interest/expertise
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to junior clinicians
- Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and reports
- Collaborate with families and wider-team to achieve client outcomes
- Drive service improvement, clinical quality and best-practice standards across the team
- Contribute to a positive, clinician-led and participant-centred care culture
Essential Criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 5 years’ experience specialising in psychosocial disabilities
- Genuine commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
- Experience in supporting and mentoring junior clinicians
- AHPRA registration – no limitations, current WWCC and NPC
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver’s license and own vehicle
