About the Position
  
  • Lead the delivery of psychosocial disability/mental health services 
  • Manage a reduced caseload in areas of interest/expertise 
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to junior clinicians
  • Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and reports 
  • Collaborate with families and wider-team to achieve client outcomes 
  • Drive service improvement, clinical quality and best-practice standards across the team
  • Contribute to a positive, clinician-led and participant-centred care culture

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience specialising in psychosocial disabilities 
  • Genuine commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring junior clinicians
  • AHPRA registration – no limitations, current WWCC and NPC
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Driver’s license and own vehicle
