About the Position
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality paediatric focused services across the business
  • Manage a paediatric caseload with a focus on areas of interest/experience
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to junior clinicians
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (functional, developmental, sensory, ADL and school-readiness)
  • Collaborate with families and teachers to achieve child-centred outcomes
  • Drive service improvement, clinical quality and best-practice standards across the team
  • Contribute to a positive, clinician-led and participant-centred care  

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the scope of paediatrics
  • Genuine commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring junior clinicians
  • AHPRA registration – no limitations, current WWCC and NPC
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Driver’s license and own vehicle
