About the Position
You will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality community health, care, and therapy services. You will be responsible for managing a network of approved service providers, ensuring services are person-centred, evidence-based, and aligned with regulatory and quality standards. This includes leading activities such as provider assessment, credentialing, auditing, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure services are compliant, cost-effective, and responsive to the needs of the community.

Key Duties:
  • Develop and implement systems for ongoing safety, quality, and governance oversight of care and support.
  • Conduct clinical audits and monitor improvement actions and compliance.
  • Monitor provider performance on clinical interventions, outcomes, and costs.
  • Evaluate quality through stakeholder feedback, outcome measures, and care documentation.
  • Facilitate service engagement and stakeholder collaboration with providers.
  • Contribute to research and service development for a team delivering a high-quality service.

Key Selection Criteria
  • Tertiary Qualification; Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or similar
  • Current registration with relevant professional body
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, supporting external providers to deliver high-quality care to individuals
  • Experience in health or community care settings, with a focus on safety, quality, and audit activities
