In a bit over 10 years, through success and sustainable growth, this organisation have expanded to open multiple residential aged care facilities across the state of Victoria.
About the role
As the Clinical Care Coordinator you will contribute to the implementation of robust clinical governance systems to ensure safe, high-quality, consumer-centred care. You will be accountable for coordinating care that empowers consumers to live their best lives. The role also oversees safe medication management, including managing risks associated with the delegation and supervision of staff administering medications. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the infection prevention and control (IPC) program.

About you - Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
- Full registration with AHPRA – Registered Nurse
- Experience in an equivalent position
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience within any field
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
