About the Position
Opening a brand-new, purpose-built clinic in the South Eastern Suburbs of Perth, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Allied Health Clinician to lead the launch and ongoing operations of the new clinic as the Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational leadership and client services management
  • Manage caseload allocation, waitlists and scheduling
  • Team leadership and development of multidisciplinary team
  • Facilitate clinical supervision, progression plans & performance reviews
  • Business oversight - monitor budgets, clinic policies, staff training
  • Compliance oversight - ensure all services & documents meet NDIS/legislative compliance

Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA or SPA)
  • Previous leadership experience in a healthcare or disability setting
  • Experience managing budgets, operational and HR processes
  • Clinical experience working within the disability sector or paediatrics
  • Strong understanding of NDIS framework & compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and reporting
