About the Opportunity & Organisation
We’re partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary clinic seeking a proactive and organised Clinic Administrator to become the backbone of their day-to-day operations. The organisation delivers services across the lifespan, including within the NDIS space. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Coordinate appointments, cancellations and waitlists
- Maintain accurate client records within a clinical management system
- Oversee clinician calendars to ensure smooth daily scheduling
- Oversight of NDIS funding allocation and service agreements
- Monitor documentation completion and uphold data privacy standards

About You - Experience in an allied health or disability services administration role
- Strong understanding of NDIS processes and service agreements
- Confident using practice management systems (experience with systems like Zanda highly regarded)
- Highly organised with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with highly effective time management skills
- Solutions-focused communicator who enjoys working in a team environment
