We’re partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary clinic seeking a proactive and organised Clinic Administrator to become the backbone of their day-to-day operations. The organisation delivers services across the lifespan, including within the NDIS space. With a strong emphasis on compassionate care, team collaboration, and sustainable workloads, they pride themselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage all enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face 
  • Coordinate appointments, cancellations and waitlists 
  • Maintain accurate client records within a clinical management system 
  • Oversee clinician calendars to ensure smooth daily scheduling 
  • Oversight of NDIS funding allocation and service agreements 
  • Monitor documentation completion and uphold data privacy standards

About You
  • Experience in an allied health or disability services administration role
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes and service agreements
  • Confident using practice management systems (experience with systems like Zanda highly regarded)
  • Highly organised with excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with highly effective time management skills
  • Solutions-focused communicator who enjoys working in a team environment
